Can I get a refund if I cancel a booking?

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us by email at contact@bobhotelparis.com.

Can I change my reservation?

Your reservation can be modified at any time. And if you've booked a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate, we handle requests on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation, and can offer you a possible postponement of your stay.

How do I cancel a reservation made via a booking platform (Booking, Expedia, etc.)?

Please contact the platform you used for your booking directly.

Can I have a meal at the hotel?

- Buffet breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 in the library area. Continental breakfasts on trays can be taken in your room.

- We also serve a selection of quality spreads and hot, cold and alcoholic beverages in your room or in the hotel's lounges.

What time do you check in and out?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out until 12am.

What happens if I arrive late at night?

Reception is open 24 hours a day. Please inform us by email at contact@bobhotelparis.com or by phone at +33 (0)1 87 44 54 79 in case of late arrival (after 10:00 pm).

Can you check out after 12 noon?

Yes, it's possible to keep your room longer on request, at an extra charge and subject to availability. For further information, please contact reception the day before or the morning of your departure.

Can you check in before 3pm?

Yes, it is possible to keep your room longer on request, at an extra charge and subject to availability. For further information, please contact reception the day before or the morning of arrival.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please read the terms and conditions carefully when booking. Cancellation policy varies according to the rate booked. For your information, you will find the best rates with the best conditions on our website.

What is the hotel's policy on children?

The hotel is very happy to welcome children. However, we only have double rooms, ideal for one adult and one child. We can provide an extra cot for children up to 3 years of age. Adjoining rooms are available on request at contact@bobhotelparis.com or by calling 01.40.43.02.33.
Baby cots are available at no extra charge in the superior, EVE and BOB room categories.
Tourist tax is free for children up to 18 years of age.
Breakfast for children up to 12 years of age costs €8. A high chair for babies is available on request.

Is Wifi available?

Free high-speed WiFi Internet access is available throughout the hotel.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7am to 11am. It includes viennoiseries and breads, cheeses and cold meats, fromage frais and fresh fruit, as well as home-made products: sweet and savory cakes, fruit juice of the day, fruit compote or fruit salad.

Is it possible to have gluten-free products for breakfast?

Gluten-free breakfast is available by reservation only.

Is it possible to have breakfast served in the room?

Yes, breakfast can be served in your room from 7:00 to 10:00 and on request from reception or the restaurant.

Does the hotel have luggage storage?

Yes, we offer our guests free luggage storage, available 24 hours a day.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

Yes, 2 elevators are available. 

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

Yes, we offer air conditioning in every room.

Is it possible to have champagne or flowers in the room?

On request and for an additional charge, we can provide bottles and glasses of Champagne in your room and/or reserve bouquets or flower petals for you at contact@bobhotelparis.com.

Does the hotel offer a transport or shuttle service?

No, but we can organize your transfers by shuttle or private service to Paris airports and train stations. On request at reception.

Does the hotel have parking?

We don't have a parking lot, but there is one close to our hotel. For more information, please go directly to reception.

HAMMAM

Is it possible to privatize the hammam?

The hammam is entirely private. They can be rented for 1 hour, at any time of the day or night.

Can I eat in the hammam?

On request, we can serve refreshments or spreads in the relaxation area next to the hammam.

Is it possible to order drinks in the hammam?

Yes, the hammam rental includes a drinks card. It is forbidden to bring drinks from outside the hotel.
